New Haven, Connecticut – May 17, 2007 – Woodbridge, LLC., an innovative mergers and acquisition firm serving clients throughout the U.S., is pleased to announce the sale of Ace Medical Equipment, Inc., a Florida-based distributor of medical equipment to Sunnex, Inc., a leading manufacturer of medical lighting systems headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Woodbridge advised Ace Medical in the transaction.
Said Robert F. Murphy, Woodbridge’s Chief Operating Officer, “Sunnex offered the perfect fit for our client.
