Elliot T. Williams joins Woodbridge

Woodbridge, a middle market investment bank, has announced that Elliot T. Williams has joined the Company as a Managing Director. Williams, the former President of Mirus Capital Advisors, is a successful M&A executive and middle market investment banker with over 17 years of advisory experience. Williams has managed over 100 middle market transactions in a variety of industries with particular focus on technology-enabled services, IT services, outsourcing and contract staffing.

Elliot is a graduate of Babson College, the former President of ACG Boston and sits on several boards. He received Mass High Tech’s All-Star Award for Finance in 2005.
