Franchise Industry Expert Joins Woodbridge

New Haven, Connecticut – June 30, 2011 – Woodbridge, LLC., a leading mergers and acquisition firm serving middle market companies, is pleased to welcome Doreen H. Morgan as Senior M&A Advisor/Franchises. Ms. Morgan is an experienced dealmaker with expertise in the Franchise industry.

Doreen is one of only 75 people in the country holding a Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary designation (M&AMI). She will focus on Woodbridge’s franchising-related assignments throughout the country, primarily working on sell-side mandates, such as corporate divestitures and Franchisor/Multi-Unit Franchisee exit planning. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Doreen worked for a boutique middle market brokerage firm in Atlanta.

Doreen takes a pro-active approach in transaction management and has a solid track record in successful exit strategy and negotiation.
