Benjamin Gutekunst

Ben’s sole focus at Woodbridge is his ability to obtain bids from buyers. He serves as an advocate for selling our client’s business. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Ben worked as a technical recruiter at Jobspring Partners in Boston – a professional IT staffing agency matching the most qualified IT professionals with companies of all sizes. He received a double major in Economics and English from College of the Holy Cross.

Chandler Shostak

As Global Marketing Associate, Chandler is an advocate for Woodbridge’s sell-side clients. His role involves engaging and educating interested buyers – and motivating them to submit competitive offers. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Chandler worked as Analyst Intern for UK-based investment research and information firm. He also interned at a private equity firm In New York City where he assisted with due diligence, valuations and financial modeling. Earlier, he founded and operated his own natural stone supply business. Chandler holds a B.Sci. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Rez Mahboubi

With over 25 years’ experience, Rez Mahboubi is a seasoned M&A and Corporate Development executive with extensive global experience sourcing, structuring and executing M&A, private equity and strategic investment transactions across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Woodbridge , Rez led various M&A transactions involving public and privately-held companies. Earlier in his career, Rez held investment banking positions at BNP Paribas, Barclays and JP Morgan. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with majors in finance and strategy. He is also a UK Chartered Management Accountant.

Steve Higgins

Steve is a business reporter, editor and analyst with more than 30 years of experience covering a wide variety of companies operating in diverse industries. He is a member of Woodbridge’s growing team of accomplished business analysts writing engaging confidential information memorandums for sell-side clients. Steve holds a BA in Journalism from Georgia State University.

Brie Campbell

Brie works to ensure Woodbridge’s marketing campaigns succeed. She is focused on contacting all buyers/investors who have expressed interest in the firm’s sell-side clients to answer initial questions, provide additional information and motivate them to submit offers. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Brie held marketing, sales and training positions at several organizations. She holds a BA from Kansas Wesleyan University and an MA from Avila University.

Ken Hashimoto

Ken Hashimoto

Ken has spent close to 30 years in international finance, starting in Merrill Lynch Tokyo. After working there for 11years, he started his own company focusing on M&A. After gaining experience in the M&A field, he was recruited to join an investment fund focusing on corporate investments. He spent time as a Senor MD at a US PE firm before returning to his roots in M&A as Senior MD of Global MA Partners, a middle class target boutique M&A advisory firm. Ken has worked with firms in the automotive parts space. Ken has been working with Gotairiku Partners since January 2010.
